      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;This problem can happen when a new Wireless-N Router is connected to an older system capable of only B/G signals.&amp;nbsp; If you have a wireless-N router, try turning off the N Sognal by setting the mode to B/G only.&amp;nbsp; Does this solve the problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;If this does not solve the problem, try updating the wireless drivers from the manufacturer's website.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
