Where to buy recovery disks?

I have purchased my VAIO (VGN-CR11S) four years ago and I did not prepare recovery disks.

My computer is very slow and I would like to get back to the pre-installed factory settings.

Could you please advice, where can I buy the recovery disks?

Hi sathyy,

You will need to contact Support. The out of warranty number from the UK is 0905 0310006 (35p/min).

Or create them now using the Vaio Recovery Utility. The recovery media created will be the same as it would have been when first purchased.
