I have a Viao VGN-FZ21E with a graphics problem

I am trying to contact Sony by phone to register a known fault with the graphics card but with little luck, their automated system only allows warranty claims within the year although on the support page they will carry out a repair for up to 4 years for this particular problem.

Can you help ?

The out of warranty number from the UK is 0905 0310006 (35p/min)

Hi Rich,

I'll give them a call on that No.

Its a warranty claim due to a faulty graphics card that Sony recognise and are repairing F.O.C up to 4 years after purchase so although its a premium rate No. its probably the only way I'll actually get a chance to speak to somene and get the matter dealt with.
