I think Sony is a bad subject.

About the repair center it is similar to a diamonds seller.......

about the laptops is not as reliable as IBM-LENOIVO or HP .......

HIS PHONE CENTER is composed by incompetent operators that are unable to solve directly the problems.....

I have a VGN-FZ21M and, about my question to migrate from vista h.p. to windows seven he told me that is impossible because every vaio MUST die with his native O.S. ( that is FALSE) !!!!! and other O.S. are not running.

if you download the native drivers for vista you can install it on seven....
