If the green flash is not present on the external monitor it would suggest a problem with the notebook LCD screen.</SPAN></P><P></P><P class="MsoNoSpacing"><SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: " arial="">If it is still present then enter the BOIS screen by tapping F2, at boot, when you see the Vaio logo.
