I bought a new batery and i got a disk with software (bios patch) in box with batery It says that its safe and it make a backup of bios. After software run vaio restart and stack on boot. The picture is destorted with horizontal lines across. If i desable grafic driver in safe mode than vaio reboot and it recognise all programs, mouse works i can go on internet but if i enable grafic driver it stack again. I tryed recovery but nothing helps. The picture is destorted from the beginning -even logo VAIO is with horizontal bars-so it seams it can be BIOS error . Bios is Phoenix technologies LTD R0030J8 date 23.5.2007 In my country main SONY repair centre -they have no clue .Can anyone help me It seems SONY staff does not bother even to read.

Regards Tom

Message was edited by: tomstojec

I am redy to come to UK and bring my VAIO for repair if nobody is willing to send a few bites of BIOS software But please can anyone help?

Tom
