Hi lankesh,

I am unsure what you mean by “my vga card was loosen” but the VGN-FZ21Z is one of the models that Sony has acknowledged can be effected by a faulty NVIDIA graphics chip. If this is the case and the machine is less than 4 years old it will be repaired free of charge.
