It doesn't matter. The main thing is what kind of person and manager you are. My manager was 19 when I started a job for him, and he was an excellent leader. He always knew what and how employees should do to reach the best result. He owned a small real estate company which he got from his father. Sales rating and salary were good enough not to think about (link removed) and I remember those years with sadness and love because in the current place of my job, my salary is under 1500$ and that's a shame.
