topic WF1000-XM4 in General chat

I use the WF1000-XM4 for a year and 11 months now. The eartips gad to be replaced about 6 times. And since Sony doesn’t sell them separately i had to buy them from amazon. 30€ per 3 pairs…

And now the battery of the left earbud is diminished after about 15 minutes. These are my second pair of wireless earbuds I use. The first pair where the apple earpods. They suddenly stopped responding after about 2 years. So, my advice? If you want to spend this amount of money on the new XM5? They will only last for about 2 years max. And be sure to buy enough eartips….

Hi @Frankske1973, this must be frustrating! Make sure you have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps here first. If that doesn't help, contact Sony directly, it seems to be a known issue so they should be able to fix it for you.
