Not Turning On

Hi All, I have a Sony DVP-CX850D (200)Disc Player, the problem I am having is now twice the same thing has happen on two different machine's, I tried to turn it on either by the remote or the player, it turns on for about 3-5 seconds then turns off. It's a common fault so I have been told, but no one has come up with a solution to fix it. Has anybody else had the same problem and is there a fix. Hoping for some good news.

Hey, if the issue is happening even after a factory reset, try sending it for repair.
