@wima So this is what I have:

When you create a backup to an Online account, the data is stored on Amazon servers and it can only be accessed from the Backup & restore function. If the Online storage gets full, it's almost due to extensive app and app data storage. The only way to continue is to uncheck some options during backup in order to decrease the amount of data.

You should be able to access the backup if you go to Settings > Backup and reset > More > Edit backup file > Tap your backup > Here you can select data and choose "Delete data".

This should create a backup file on your SD or (I am not sure) if you select an online backup, you should be prompted to restore when you login with your gmail account (I also think it needs to be the same device and same firmware version).

You can choose to backup to an Online account, SD-card or USB device (such as USB memory if you connect it via OTG-cable). When you make a backup to the SD-card, you will also be able to access the backup via Settings > Backup & reset > More > Edit backup file > SD card, from here you can also clear data for the backup.

When you make a backup to the SD-card, the backup can also be found from a file explorer (like file commander): /storage/sdcard1/Android/data/SonyBnR/Backup
