    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've only had my phone for two days, I have tried everything to get mobile data to work but it just isn't. I have looked on this forum, It is turned on, data traffic is enabled, I have installed pc companion, i have reset the APN and downloaded internet settings (only worked when I turned on WiFi to do this) I have restarted my phone, taken the SIM card out and put it back in. Nothing. I probably wouldn't have noticed as I usually use WiFi but to use the Virgin My Account app you have to log into it using mobile internet before you can use it on WiFi. Does anyone have any ideas or do I need to take a trip to my nearest Virgin Mobile store? Thanks, Steph.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called Virgin today, apparently lots of sims issued in the last 3 days have the same problem so I just have to wait until whatever the problem is is sorted at their end.
