Unlocking problem

Sometimes when i unlock the phone by pressing the power button the screen doesn't respond when i want to unlock it...it's seems to be frozen and i have to lock the phone again and again and after that i can unlock the phone...this happens once a day sometimes...sometimes twice or more and sometimes don't happen...i have the 4.3 android jelly bean version...who encounter this bug ? what should i do?

only when i unlock the phone occured so far...i have the phone from 1 month and after 2 weeks starts to do the freezing

yeah i have clean master installed.but it's not activated to automatic close the running apps when i lock the phone..that's the problem?

The only way to confirm would to temporarily disable or uninstall the application.

Ok i am gonna uninstall that app.What anti virus do you recommand to install?.But if happens again what should i do next?

In this case please try running a firmware repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

Thank you for the advice...one more question after i do the repair and i saw that it's working, what antivirus do you recommand to install? or should i install again clean master....what do you say?

yeah i didn't do the update to kitkat so i done that and the problem was solved..thank you for the help

hello just asking if i will try to repair my firmware using pc companion in this step (Accept data removal) will all my data and apps installed will be gone and lost?

hello...sorry but i have no ideea...i only did the update from jelly bean to kitkat and that fix the problem..didn't use the repair so i don't know.

I installed 4.4.4 and unlocking problem was gone...
