repair your phone with either SUS or flashtool or just restart your phone

press Power & volume up for 10 seconds

I have the same problem but i cant manage to fix it. When I opet the update service than it asks me to select the product next step is to connect to the pc while holding volume down... but than nothing happens... :S It says that phone needs to be off when doing that but i cant manage to shut it down... it starts on by itself.. :S please help!

when you shut down your phone,wait 30 seconds and then when you are connecting usb to your phone make sure you are holding the volume down button and connecting (this will make your phone enter in flash mode)one connected the computer will install flash drivers (if pc seems to hang repeat the steps and when connected to pc press c button)after that your update procedure will commence...

To shut down your phone, first press the power and volume up button, wait until your phone vibrate once... After that, don't release the button. Keep press until it vibrate three times. That will make your phone shut down perfectly. In a "force" way for sure...
