Hi, so I've had a Sony Xperia Z3 for about two years now. But here's the thing: I've had to send my new original phone in and the one they sent me as a replacement back in because I had taken it in the water and the audio port did not work afterwards. So this is my third phone of the same kind that got sent to me.

What I'm dealing with right now is that my phone suddenly turned off when I was driving and I would have to reboot it up again. And it would work for a good 5 minutes before shutting off again. I tried to fix the problem by shutting it off myself and just restarting it (because the old "have you tried turning it off and then on again" would usually work), but that only made things worse because now whenever I try to charge it, its just vibrating every 5 seconds with the red light blinking on and off, and then showing the sony startup logo for a quick second before shutting off and repeating. When I unplug it, the red light turns off, and its nothing more than a brick now. (I will admit that I have taken my phone in the shower to text and left it on the windowsill while the bathroom steams up.)

Sometimes, I just leave it plugged in and then it stops vibrating and showing the startup screen, but the redlight is now solid and not blinking.

I have two years worth of photos and music in this device that mean a lot to me. I also have a bunch of work contacts that help get me jobs, which is important for my career and social networks.

I have played around with the power button and the volume up/down combinations, pressing/holding the yellow reset button, and even trying to plug it into my laptop to try and transfer files, but that didnt work. When I tried to update my phone on its software, it got about 20% through when it disconnected. Nothing seems to be working. Please help.
