When I make call, I do hear from people but people can not hear from me. I tested the microphone using the xperia diagnostic application but the microphone fails. But if I put the phone on loud speaker people can hear me and I can equally hear them.

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

I diagnosed it yet it failed. The microphone failed and doesn't work .
