This will not delete any messages, it will only reset the application data for the application.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Messaging &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; OK.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I'm abit confused. Can you access the Messaging application but you can't see previous conversations? I thought it was the application that wasn't working, sorry for the misunderstanding.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't see old conversations, have you tried downloading another messaging applications and see if you can see them in that one? You can only restore only text messages from a backup if you have one made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
