Have you made sure that there is no dirt in the 3.5 mm port on your device?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is nothing blocking the port, try resetting the Smart Connect application in your device. You can do so if you go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Smart Connect &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; OK &amp;gt; restart your device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
