Everything was okay but suddenly when I try to raise the volume this message appear to me and I can’t get high sound so how can I get rid of this message

were you using headphones? restart the phone and check again

That is just a warning, when that message appears simply press ok and raise the volume again, it should work, if not do as @uliwooly say and restart the phone.
