Applications causing phone to switch off

When either installing, uninstalling or updating apps the phone freezes then switches off which is starting to get frustrating 😤

How long has this been happening?

What version of Android are you on?

Have you done anything that may have started this behaviour?

Hi this has been happening for about a month, phone has just had latest software update Android 8.0.0 oreo which thought might help but same issue is still there even happens on auto update of applications, the phone will switch off then come back on update an app and repeat like this

Hmmm.

Probably a case of backing up and resetting the device, I'm afraid.

yesterday i restarted my phone and it never went on after it switched off.what could be the cause?

my xperial XA1ALTRA just went off after i restarted it ,and it never switches on.when i tried to recharge it ,it just shows the red light .what could be wrong and how can i fix it.
