You can only see the passwords if you have logged in using Chrome and saved your password this way. If you have only used the Facebook application to log in to your account and you can't remember it, you will need to reset it.

If you have used Chrome to log in to Facebook and saved your password, open up Chrome, tap the three dots in the top right corner > Settings > Passwords > find Facebook in the list, tap on it and tap on the "eye" icon next to the "*******" and type in your screen lock / use your fingerprint to show the password.
