Hello! How to fix a camera app issue? When you open the application, the "restart the application or disconnect it" window appears and, accordingly, the black screen. I tried numerous light variations, nothing helps. Came to the extreme measure - a complete reset. Also did not help. I hope for an answer that solves the problem.

Здравствуйте! Как устранить проблему с приложением камера? При открытии приложения выходит окно "перезапустить приложение или отключите его" и соответственно чёрный экран. Испробовала многочислеггые варивнтыв ничего не помогает. Дошла до крайней меры - полного сброса. Тоже не помоглпо Надеюсь на ответ, который рещит проблему
