Blank screen when using some apps

Hi guys!
I bought my new ZX yesterday and I'm already having trouble with it.
För instanse I can't use the Playstation-app. I can start it, but when I'm trying to log in to my PSN the screen gets blank and nothing happes.
The same thing happens when I'm trying to get a verification code to activate mobile bankid on my Swedbank app. I follow the instructions, but the app just keeps loading and no code pops up. The area where the code is supposed to show gets blank.. It's almost like if something didn't fully load. I've tried to restart the phone, force shut down and uninstall and reinstall the apps, system recovery etc. Nothing works. What should I do?

have you checked if that apps are compaitble already with your android software version?

try to contact the devs of the apps on google play store.
