Hi!

I just got my XZ1 on monday and today I got a notification that it was time to update my phone, so I did. After it started back up and I got the notification that the update was installed and my phone was up to date , I got the same notification that told me to update my phone so I tred it over and over again but the notification keeps appearing. What do I do?

If you have a queue of updates they are installed one at a time.

If you check Settings - System - Software Update - tap on 3 dots - Update History, it will list all the updates you have done and they should all have different numbers.

If they have the same numbers you may have a problem.
