    <description>&lt;P&gt;After&amp;nbsp;update to 41.2.A.7.8(HK), I cannot access internet via mobile data, even the signal is full and the VoLTE icon is on. Country is HK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No problem with Wifi connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1031685"&gt;@iamboymok&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try downloading the APN settings automatically by going to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Internet Settings. Accept the terms and conditions and it should download the correct settings for your network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this option is missing on your firmware, or it will not download, you can add them manually by going to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile Networks &amp;gt; APNs. You will need to contact your network operator for the correct settings as they will be different for each network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
