    <description>Haven't tried safe mode nor software repair yet.&lt;BR /&gt;I use a hard flip case, I think the problem is around ear sensitivity sensor. When smart call handling is on I can't answer neither take close my ear and swiping too.</description>

      <description>After the last maintenance updates I can't answer call in most occurences. I swap green button, green/red buttons dissappears and phone still ringing. At this time I can't do anything. I only have to wait to stop ringing. Then I have missing call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>
