For example, can you see it if you test the display in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Display? Also, is it present in safe mode?

Let me know how it went!

Hi all.

Hope you are well.

I have just done the update on my phone, and since then there is a colourshift in the upper right edge of screen, almost like the LCD has somehow been damaged during the update? It is clearly obvious and was 100% not there before the update.

Has anyone else experianced anything similar to this as it is confusing me somewhat?!

Any suggestions on anything that could make this go away or can I 'downgrade' in the hopes it goes.

Thank you in advance.

Rich

Hi.

Thank you for the suggestions.

It was still there in the test mode when screen was white.

Is showing on boot screen while going into safe mode and does appear to be on the screen at all times now.

Yes, is also visable in safe mode?

I do not understand how an update could casue this? Although shortly after the last update my headphone jack stopped working without an app to force it on!!

Thanks

Regards

Rich

Well, if it's present even in the boot screen then it is unlikely software related but rather on the hardware side. In this case I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device in for servicing.

Thank you for trying to help.

May be hardware based but was not there before the update.

I will see what I can sort.

Kindest regards

Richard

Yes, the whole case sounds very strange; I do not know how it may have happened. It's best to let a technician have a look, but let me know if there's anything else I can assist with!
