    <description>hi good day sir/maam i like to seek advice because my z3 stopped functioning when water came inside. i t was submerged coz da charger watertight port was broken unnoticed. then at first it was blinking then i press powerbotton to lock the fone after that i tried to press again then screen was all black. then now no matter want press i make no response from my z3. what should i do pls help. its my only phone. thankyou. pls</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/744079"&gt;@nilo28&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that, first thing, remove the SIM and SD cards &amp;gt; open all the covers &amp;gt; leave them open &amp;gt; place it in a bowl with rice for one or two days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do NOT use a vacuum, heater, sun, hair dryer, microwave, etc to dry the phone, it will damage it, do NOT attempt to turn it on nor charge it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and request a vacuum test, this will prove if you have a defective&amp;nbsp;unit or if you didn't closed the covers correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
