Greetings, I am unable to download or update applications from my play store.its a big trouble..

can you give more details?

does it show error?

are you connected to a fast network?

try to clear google play data

settings>apps>play store>clear data

restart your deivice

Yes it does show error and I am connected to a fast Internet access. It's my experia Z2. I even deleted a few apps which I do not use.but still the problem persist

is your playstore updated to the latest build> 6.3.16.b?

Do you have enough free internal storage? Any antivirus or taskillers?

How do u check the latest build,if it's not how do you update. yes I hav enough internal memory even I deleted my cached data..the Antivirus n task killers I have is AVG and avast

Boot on safe mode and try again, btw are you on wifi or data?

have you tried asking in google forums? as this more of the google side than your device having problems.
