    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you first of all make sure that you have not changed the user via Settings &amp;gt; Users &amp;gt; Owner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, did you have an Exchange account on your phone? An Exchange account may have the policy to wipe the phone if wrong pattern/PIN-code has been entered to many times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had my phone in my pocket and when I took it out it had factory reset alone. Is there any log I can check to see what happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
