Bluetooth Issues again - Sorry

I used to be able to play music via bluetooth onto wireless paired speakers made by Alto.

My phone was recently repaired by Sony for a faulty camera. Since then the phone will see and pair with any of my devices except the Alto speakers which it won't even see.

These speakers work perfectly on bluetooth with my other phones and tablets but I have real issues with this phone.

I also have a Sony SRS x33 Bluetooth Speaker and the z3 plays music onto this without any problems.

Am I missing something?

Is the bluetooth Alto speakers bluetooth on? have you unpaired the speakers or reset the speakers?

Yes. They used to work fine and I know the pairing procedure well. I'm asking this because of all the Lollipop chat I see about Bluetooth issues.

I doubt it's lollipop as you are able to sync with other bluetooth devices, could you test a different phone and try to pair it? have you reset it the speaker?

Adding to this: if you haven't already, unpair the phone and speakers and reboot the phone. Try pairing after a reboot. That sovled my problem with a hands free car speakerphone.
