Makes sense, I've emailed them.

In the meantime I might visit a local phone shop that stocks a Z3c to compare to see how much it's moved as it's such a weird thing

Hi,

The power button appears to have sunk ever so slightly into the phone.

I use the Casemate Toughcase and the Power button is noticably lower and I have to use a thumbnail to use it whereas before it was whatever finger

It operates as it should, the phone hasnt been dropped or anything like that.

I took my dog for a long walk yesterday and was listening to a podcast through the phone. The phone was in my pocket and I hadn't noticed any issue at the begining of the walk but when I finished the walk and pulled the phone out of my pocket I immediatley noticed the power button was a lot lower, I did think at first it'd fallen off,

But I got home and took the phone out of the casemate and checked if it was loose, which it wasn't.

I got some tweasers and gave the button a tug to see if it came back out, which it hasnt

I compared it with online images and it didn't seem that different but it's enough that with the casemate on the only way I can use the power button is with my thumbnail which is a complete pain as I need the casemate on the phone to protect it.

Is there anything that can be done here?

Regards

Tony

I think if the problem is physical, you'll need to visit your nearest Local support and get it inspected by a professional. Bear in mind that this may alter waterproofness of the phone, along with the impractical thumbnail activation.
