My camera wont work?

When I go to the camera is says it cannot record as another app is using the camera? I have checked through all the apps permissions and nothing that shouldnt be using the camera isnt. I cannot use snapchat either as this uses the camera. Can anyone give me a fix please?!

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

@Boasty Before you try the repair, boot in safe mode and see how it is.
