Inaudible sound from external speakers

When i first update my phone to lollipop it was quite good,
Now problems are haunting my phone, can't understand a word in video or audio while using YouTube or any other services, calls arrived and i can't listen it, its too low

Then battery its just way too weak, can't get my phone to a single day
Please help me solve these issues

Also i want to know how to wipe cache partition in Xperia Z1 as i can't boot into recovery or I don't know how to do this, because in other phones it was easy.

There's no recovery on Xperias, repair the phone with PCC

Already tried pcc, nothing improved
