Audio problem

Hi to all....

I notice that i can;t set an audio or song to a condact as ringtone. I set it, i saved it but when i receive a call from the specific contact, my phone doesn't ring with setting audio or song.

Are those songs stored in internal or microSD?

microSD. I notice this ploblem after updating to lolipop.

Try settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences. See how it goes now.

Are you using a "standard" ring tone or is it a mp3 file? Have you tried with different files? Might be DRM protection on the specific file.

mp3 file. doesn't has drm protection. Ihaven't this problem with kit kat, now with lolipop (same contact, same mp3 file)

In that case I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

i have repaired it 2 weeks ego to solve another problem. you think that it's necessary to do it again?

Well, something isn't right with the software in your phone and you've tried pretty much everything else there is to do.

Also my xperia z same problem when i update to lollipop.
