Hi,

i have sony xperia J and I update my phone to new version from into the phone.

The update is not completed and failed middle.

The update is not completed and failed in the middle, the phone turned off and turned on, appeared next image:

Android does not work and stuck in this situation

what can I do?

It will reinstall latest firmware.

It is a sony official update engine,it is compatible.Why would you say it is not?

You have to run compatibility mode with windows 7.

You should be able to:right click-properties-compatibility tab-run in compatibility mode with windows 7.

Right click on the executable,properties,compatibility tab,run in compatibility mode with windows 7.

i succses to do this,

but the software writing to me 'no new software is available for your phone. your phone already has the latest available software installed'

and the situation not change.

Appears to me a sign of a download with a yellow exclamation mark as before

It should let you repair if you want.Try to repair with PC companion:

You just need to connect the phone to your PC and it will check the firmware after which it will let you repair.

What are you using?sony update service or pc companion? Just open the software,it will tell you when to connect the phone while it is turned off.
