topic Still broken in XPERIA archive

So my phone has been sent away twice in the last 2 months and I have been asked to send the phone away again. Cumulatively this will be the 3rd time and over a month now without a phone (despite paying for the line rental). The problems have never been fixed, in fact when it came back the 1st time there were more problems. I would just like to know what my warranty options are given that there is still a year left on my warranty. I really like my phone but given that one of the main problems is that the microphone doesnt work the phone cant really perform its primary function of being a phone!

Does anyone have any suggestions?
