xperia Z1 problem to recharge the battery with DK 31 (magnetic)

hello, I buy a magnetic charger for my sony xperia DK31 Z1 when the phone is shuttering dessu it displays the red LED and the loading logo (small enlightened) but it does not load and tells me to post:
the battery is not charging
The power source connected is not enough. The battery discharges faster than it charges. reduce the use of your device while charging
I try all in stamia mode, airplane mode, even turn off, the battery is not charging I try with another magnetic charger, same problem it is charging properly with the mini USB
you have the same problem? would you have a solution?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Did you use the original wall socket plug when charging through the charging dock?

And when you tried another magnetic charger, did you try with another charging plug as well?

If you did and it still doesn't work to charge I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:
