Hey,

I think you will never get a answer from SONY. The same like to other requests, bugs... in this forum.

And I think Sony will never update to 4.4.3 because it is work.

Google will present a new operation system verion very soon. If you ever buy a sony phone again, maybe you can get this new version. On your actual phone you have to live with old version, and to live with all bugs. I have to do live with this also.

For me it was my first and last SONY phone....
