Hi ! ,
I try to update my xperia sp to the 4.3android (12.1.A.0.266) for a long time ago without success. I try pc compagnion it said ''error with internet connection try later''. After a cople retry a take a chance with update service, still without success. Can you help my with that ? I ave already disable the firewall and update the java, tanks for replie !

Hi there,

That´s likely a temporary problem with Sony server.
Take a break and try again later.

BTW, have you tried to re-install PC Companion and Sony Update Service, just to be sure?

Also you can try to test your internet speed with "Speed Test".

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If issues continue with this computer, I can also suggest that you try using an alternative PC, as this may be a firewall settings or a third party application that may be causing an issue.

Hi, my Xperia sp is not updating java. When I open some websites it's showing
''Device Not Supported
The Java plugin is not available for download using the browser on this phone, device or computing platform. Java apps within the browser can only be viewed on supported platforms as listed in System Requirements.''

Can u pls help me sort out this problem.
