hi guys i cracked my xperia z screen but its still working and lcd is good. So is it possible to change front glass without changing lcd ??

Sorry to hear that, the LCD and the Digitizer are glued together, but you can DIY, heat up the digitizer and you can separate them and then buy the part but this will void your warranty

Ok i will. Now im reading comments bellow that video and its says that its very difficult to change touch screen glass without changing all lcd and its need special machinery...

I would change the whole front unit as the LCD and glass are a sealed unit - The galaxy phones make it look easy but Sony phones like the Z aren't - Unless you have a really sharp and long scalpel to slide it down between the two then I wouldn't chance it

now im thinking to change all the screen with lcd because i cant change only a glass. So anybody knows where to can i find cheap lcd? It can be not original.

my xperia z3 back cover just cracked, upper bezel dented a little bit. about 1 mm. and front glass cracked a little. but the problem is water goes inside. now its not fucntioning..what shoud i do?
