Xperia Ray Display Problem.

Display not wake-up show black screen. my phone is 1 year and 2 months old and now this problem i am facing.
Can anyone tell me what should I do. ....... ?

I already did factory reset...

You can try to remove battery, SIM card and SD card for a while.

You can also try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text) > Do all this without having the phone connected to the PC.

Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.

If the problem still persists you should to have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:

having problems with the display.i also updated the phone using sony ps suite but still display is black.after many tries it shows the display but once locked...problem starts again.when display is on the phone works fine i.e no lag,display shows no problem.please help me

I have repaired the phone as you guided and also updated it.but still the problem exists.it very annoying
