After i updated to pie my phone got slower and i am facing a lot of bugs from locking the screen to opening an app, it just takes a lot of time to do that now.

This is a major update, it'll be wise to reinstall it with Xperia Companion

I reinstalled the twice but still facing the same problems.

Could you test your phone in >>> safe mode to see if you experience the same issues?
