Scrolling problem

Hi,

I've got a problem with my Xperia XA1 (bought 1 year ago) for something like 2 months with the scrolling function : I can scroll from the top of the screen when the phone is locked (and get the menu of the first picture) but I can't when I'm on the main screen or in apps (second picture). Plus, I got issues with the top right and left corners of the screen, it doesn't detect my finger...

I've tried to boot into Safe Mode but it still doesn't work.

Do I have to restore the factory settings to see if it works? Because I wouldn't like to lose some pictures from SMS conversations ? (already used Xperia Transfer and I lost some).

you should backup your photos, music and videos without using Xperia Transfer, just transfer them directly to your computer and cloud based services such as google photos

As for the other issue, test the touchscreen

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Thanks for you quick answer,

I will keep the music / photos on my computer and transfert all the remaining datas (such as SMS conversations) to my former phone (Xperia SP) and try to backup the system, just hope that it will work..!
