ghost Notification

I get notification sound but when I open my device I don't find any notification.

Hi @Krish_Ram, let me see if I can help out here!

Have you been able to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the notification sound appears there as well?

Are you using a cover on your phone? For example with cards on the back? It may be that your device is trying to scan something in the proximity using the NFC feature. Try deactivating NFC by going to Settings > Device connection > NFC and see if the sound notification still appears.

Sir, the ghost notification is not a sequence it random. So if I'm opening in safe mode I cannot be keeping my mobile whole day in safe mode. And I checked the NFC already. Thank you

In that case, I believe that the best thing to do is to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair to avoid data loss.
