XA dual conectivty problem

I have a problem with my sony xperia XA dual (F3116) andiroid 6, build number 33.2.B.4.70

It can not detect usb and connect to pc

The opthion for usb conifigration don't show in notification it just charging

So i try to repair it with sony companion

I enter flash mode as instruction say and ledbe but also it sony companion didn't recognized it

What might be the problm? And how to solve it?

Make a backup, pay extra attention for WhatsApp, Signal and photos and do a software repair with Xperia Companion.

There will be a screen where you can tick something like "device isn't recognised or is a smartwatch"

That will help you pass the not being recognised.

When you restore do NOT restore everything. You might restore the app that was the cause of all problems.

Start with the most needed apps.
