If you cannot remember the screen lock that is set on the phone, there is two ways to get access to the phone again. Keep in mind though that both ways will reset the phone and erase all user data.

The easiest way to reset your phone is to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that since you cannot access the phone you will need to start the repair without the phone attached to the computer and tick the checkbox named "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" before proceeding with the repair.

If you do not have access to Xperia Companion you can reset your phone using Googles service Find My Device. Simply log in to the service using the google credentials entered in the phone, click on the device name if prompted and choose the option named "Erase".
