hallo i went for a Holiday and my phone was getting to warm and now my phone is taking one hole day to start up and went its finally on in less then one min the phone is off again the phone is allready cooled off

Try rebooting the phone into safe mode by holding the "power off" button on screen until safe mode option appears, if normal in safe mode, a 3rd party app may be causing the issue.

if it still acts this way in safe mode:

Try backing up your phone with Xperia companion then perform a software repair.

If it still does not function as intended, contact your local support for a device assessment.

hi viridis: what do you mean by restart in safe mode? I think I had the same problem with my Xperia xa2 won't stay on = in continuous loop of restart, but never fully restart for the device to be powered-off for a full restart. I submitted a support ticket on this issue = non-operating phone for a whole day, and the battery is near full. thanks.
