Help it doesn't matter if I'm on an appointment or not the ads pop up n they are different ones dating sites phone viruses all sort n can't find nowhere on my phone to turn them off

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

You're maybe became a victim of some phishing sites that have been installed their software on your phone.

I was experiencing similar problem and solved it with Eset Mobile Security software from Google play. It found virus on my phone and removed harmful software.
