Mobile operating itself

Sir my xa ultra mobile sometimes operating itself during charging or when data cable is connecting to charger or laptop.

When I open whatsapp app or telegram app it starts tapping on attachment or something else by itself.

From last 3-4 weeks it is occurring.

Kindly see the situation.

Do you have the same problem in safe mode?

Sir it is occurring in safe mode also just now i checked.

I have made all videos also of my mobile i.e How it is operating itself.

Can u help me to find out the problem & thanks for the reply.

Do you have a case or a screen protector on the device? Is there any physical damage, such as hairline cracks on the screen?
